Plus, you get to indulge in an inviting 4-course dinner at The Tangram Restaurant that’ll leave your palate satisfied and mouth watering for more.

Cost: R575 per person

 

Apertif:  – DH Chenin Blanc

Pickled hake fishcake, butternut puree, vegetable ribbons, herb oil, seed crumb, apricot soubise

 

Starters:  – CR Sauvignon Blanc

Pork belly kebabs, sweetcorn flapjack, pickled cucumber, goats cheese emulsion, maple roasted cashew nut crumb.

 

Mains: – CR Pinotage/ Cabernet Sauvignon

Rooibos-infused braised pork belly, miso sweet potato puree, charred baby carrots, sweet potato crisps, vanilla, and rooibos jus

OR

Grilled Chalmar Beef Fillet served with a Red Lentil Mash, Onion Marmalade, Baby Carrots and finished with a Biltong Jus

 

Dessert: – Noble Late Harvest/ 10 year Potstill Brandy

Chocolate choux au craqueline, mint cream, caramel ice cream, tennis biscuit crumb

Milk tart crème brulé, roasted mixed nut crumb, maple poached pear and preserved figs
